UK report on minimal age of criminal responsibility

A report on the minimum age of criminal responsibility in the United Kingdom was published yesterday, June 27th 2018. Richard Church, EFCAP boardmember, was involved in the realisation of the report. Currently, the minimum age of criminal responsibility in the UK is 10 years, which is in conflict with international juvenile justice standards.
