PAIPA Questionnaire

The Portuguese Juvenile Justice Service, Directorate-General of Rehabilitation and Prison  Services, is promoter of an European project PAIPA – “Evaluation and psychotherapeutic intervention program in Juvenile Justice System”, co funded by the Programme  Prevention of and Fight Against Crime of the European Union.

As part of the project an European study is being conducted with the aim of collecting knowledge about practices in the field of assessment and intervention of youth suffering from mental health problems and who are under the justice system.

The overall objective of this survey is to give some insight into the extent to which mental health in juvenile justice is acknowledged both in terms of policy and in practical terms across different European countries. Information from this survey may then be used to share knowledge and in future bids for research in this subject.

We would like to ask for your collaboration in responding to the survey concerning practices in the field of assessment and intervention for youth suffering from mental health problems and who are under the justice system in your country.

Please refer your questions regarding the content or aims of the survey to Mrs. Pral, via project email address projeto.paipa@dgrs.mj.pt.
