The Board acts as a coordinating and strategic body within EFCAP, supporting the development of the association and helping to translate shared goals into action. By working collaboratively with members, the Office, and the Advisory Board, it helps facilitate decision-making, supports the implementation of EFCAP’s strategic priorities, fosters international cooperation, and contributes to the continued growth and sustainability of the EFCAP community.
